A study by The Kauffman Index of Entrepreneurial Activity suggests the possibility of a trend on which people on the age 45-54 (Baby Boomers) will lead the entrepreneurial activity, at least in USA.
This will be great news in the context of an “aging population” as long as the financial systems are aligned to manage this opportunity wisely.
It will also be a kick on the back to the system and to all the young people out there.
