How can we use technology as a tool tackle the networks of drugs, guns and human traffickers?

How can technology enable authorities to localize, identify, unveil and block illicit supply chains?

How can technology help creating awareness within society to reduce demand as well as supply for illicit networks?

And it is Google who is putting these topics on the table!
